In January 2022, we revealed our company theme, “Build Your Experience.” Little did we know just how relevant that theme would become throughout the year. We’re on track to achieve record-breaking revenues, we grew our team by more than 20, we earned countless certifications and awards, and I took over as CEO.
Since 2013, we’ve built the Stable Kernel experience based on a culture of integrity, respect, learning and sharing, and drive. Throughout this journey, we’ve been strategic and intentional in building our team, bringing on clients, and increasing revenue sustainably. Our work speaks for itself. We have built a world class team of technology and creative professionals that continues to grow and who support a diverse portfolio of clients, including 10+ Fortune 500 partners. We love the work we do, and we create it together.
As CEO, I believe we have an opportunity to build the Stable Kernel experience into something even more human, innovative and impactful – and I feel strongly that we can only do it together. Our culture, values and commitment to focusing on people before policies and place are foundational to our continued success. We built that stable foundation as a team, and it’s strong enough to support all yet to come.
