Take a look at our job listings to see positions for which we are currently hiring. If you don’t fit neatly into one of these categories, please feel free to send us your resume at email@example.com. We’ll keep it on file and give you a call if the right opportunity surfaces.
Driven by Our Values
We believe a company’s culture should be expansive – made richer by the variety of culture and life experience that each employee brings. What we have in common is our alignment on four core values: we work with integrity, always; we respect each other and our work; we embrace a passion for life-long learning and sharing; and we’re driven by an insatiable hunger for solving complex problems. We are looking for people to join our team who are committed to practicing these values on a daily basis.
Built on the Beltline
With our office on the Beltline in the heart of Old Fourth Ward, we’re inspired every day by being part of the city’s vibrant creative scene. When you join our team, the leadership team will actively support your desire to expand your skills and knowledge with their time, financial resources, and mentorship.
We want Stable Kernel to be a place you call home, but we know that it isn’t your only home. Our environment empowers you to do your best work at work, so you have time to enjoy all the other experiences that enrich you.

Growth & Advancements
Generous annual conference budget accompanied by everyday learning opportunities with lunch & learn and mentorship.
Flexible Work Environment
Because we believe teams work best when they are constantly collaborating, our Atlanta staff spends the majority of our time together at our beautiful BeltLine office. However, we know being in the office each day isn’t a prerequisite for doing great work, so we have a flexible work policy in place, too.
We wanted a company culture that was authentic and expansive.
Building our company around our values has helped us create a sustainable and healthy business with a framework for making all kinds of decisions, including the difficult ones.
Our Hiring Process
Interested in working with us? Our simple, transparent hiring process will ensure we’re both a great fit for each other.
We’re excited to learn more about you! We require resumes and encourage cover letters as a way to get to know you. If your experience aligns with our needs, one of our Hiring Coordinators will invite you to the next stage of our hiring process.
Video Interview via SparkHire
Our second stage is a one-way video interview you’ll record in the comfort of your home, office, backyard, local coffee shop – wherever feels right! You’ll be prompted to share specifics about your skill set, background, and aspirations by answering several questions related to the open position. You’ll learn a bit more about us, too!
At-Home Skills Assessment
It’s time to show off your problem-solving skills! We’ll give you an assignment that is typical of something you’d encounter in this role. This will help us see how you approach challenges and will give you more visibility into the real work we do.
Hiring Manager Interview
In this stage, you’ll have your first real-time interview with your potential manager. Together, you’ll review your assessment, discuss the role in more depth, and get a feel for what it would be like working together.
We believe the most engaging work happens when one’s work is aligned with their natural strengths. If chosen to advance to our final stage, you’ll be invited to take a CliftonStrengths assessment to uncover your strengths and how they can be leveraged at Stable Kernel.
Meet the Executive Team
Having received the endorsement of your potential manager, you’ll advance to our final interview stage – a meeting with our C-Suite team. Despite being an award-winning company that works with Fortune 1000 brands, we’re still small enough to know every employee’s name (and the names of their kids, pets, alma maters, and favorite ice cream flavor).
Your conversation with the C-Suite team will touch on your CliftonStrengths, the company’s history, strategic direction, and the potential you bring in helping us continue to build something we’re all proud of.
Once we’re confident that you’ve got the skills and disposition to thrive at Stable Kernel, we’ll extend a detailed offer letter. Upon your acceptance, our adventure together begins! Before your first day, you’ll be introduced to a Welcome Buddy who will help you navigate your new role and organize a welcome lunch on your first day off the BeltLine. Our team will get to work preparing your customized on-boarding program so that you are set up for success.
Stable Kernel’s culture is inclusive and expansive. We celebrate diversity in its many glorious forms and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender role orientation, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
However, we will discriminate against those unwilling to comply with the practice of our company values:
- we work with integrity always
- we respect our work and each other
- we are dedicated to life-long learning and sharing
- we stay hungry for new challenges
If you are like-minded in this regard, we hope you will apply. We look forward to meeting you.
