Engineering
The software engineering team at Stable Kernel consists of talented mobile, front-end, back-end, full-stack and infrastructure engineers from across the nation. As an engineer, you’ll gain a vast amount of experience building and leading different types of projects that span industries – giving you the ability to become a well-rounded engineer learning the latest and greatest frameworks and languages. You’ll have firsthand experience interacting with our clients through standups, demos, project kickoffs, product road mapping and more – working together on building world-class solutions for their business problems.
User Experience Design
Our product designers are empathic problem solvers and masters at crafting beautiful, intuitive products that delight the end-user. As a Stable Kernel designer, you’ll have the opportunity to define the architecture flow of a software product, work hand-in-hand with engineers who value your expertise and build compelling solutions across a wide range of industries. These types of solutions range from a brand new consumer tool entering the marketplace to an interesting enterprise solution that leverages complex tech like IoT. You’ll end each day knowing the products you craft will bring value to millions of users.
Delivery
Our delivery team members – including Project Managers and QA specialists – are at the core of what ensures our projects are successful, bug-free, and on time. You’ll stretch your skills by managing our product teams, deepening your communication skills, and working with our Fortune 500 clients to uncover their business problems and taking those insights to our product team to build great solutions. You’ll be encouraged to grow your capabilities by gaining certifications in Scrum, PMP, Product Owner – anything you feel will help support your career long-term, we’re here to support you.
Customer Insights and Strategy
Our customer insights and strategy team is made up of brilliant researchers who listen for a living. They are masters at understanding how to collect data and translate it into compelling business opportunities. As a member of this team, you’ll help inform strategy by revealing opportunities for breakthrough innovation, product improvement, and customer experience for our market research and software clients. Whether it involves conducting qualitative or quantitative market research methodologies, you’ll always wear your consultant hat – focusing on a project or product at a time, while uncovering how it fits into our client’s overall business strategy.
